My eyes were finally opened to what having a “gluten sensitivity” means when my 3 year old was crying in the bathroom with terrible stomach pain 

After about a month of having to stay home because her tummy was hurting we realized through the process of elimination that gluten was the culprit. Or so we thought.

I felt extremely overwhelmed because “gluten” seemed to be in everything!

By God’s grace, a friend lent me her book by Sue Becker about milling your own flour and ours lives haven’t been the same since. After learning about the health benefits of baking with fresh milled flour, I couldn’t look back.

My little one who couldn’t eat cupcakes, cookies, crackers or bread now gladly devours all the gluten filled baked goods that I make at home using freshly milled flour!

My mamma heart is full of joy knowing that not only does my little one no longer miss out on goodies, but she’s also being fully nourished in the process!
